The Beat Goes on… More Great News from Amazon!
Regular readers of my site may recall that in October I told you I signed a contract with Amazon to give them rights to E-book sales of Out of the Storm. A select group of sixteen other TWRP authors were also chosen from amongst the Wild Rose Press stable of several hundred. Not only did this mean they would use their significant leverage within publishing but it brought a nice cash advaose of us involved in their program can tell immediately when they’re doing a promotion or discounting since our sales rankings vault to the top.
Apparently they are as satisfied with us as those of us in the pilot program because they have just asked to include Rite of Passage, my debut novel (published several years ago) in the second iteration of their TWRP program. I signed a new contract with them in early July and am awaiting more news. I’ll keep you informed!
Exciting News From Amazon
After several months of negotiation (we signed the contracts before Halloween!) I am pleased to announce that my award-winning publisher, The Wild Rose Press, has informed me that my 2013 Cape Cod romantic thriller Out of the Storm has been selected by Amazon for the cutting edge Amazon Encore program. This is a program that chooses books they feel “deserve wider distribution and readership from authors they feel have great potential…” their words not mine. This is especially exciting for me since my novel and 16 others were chosen from thousands of novels published by hundreds of TWRP authors. Many thanks to everyone involved in the selection. We’re not sure of the final details but by month’s end Amazon will transfer Out of the Storm to their Encore website and use their vast resources to to their Encore website and use their vast resources to promote it… fingers crossed.
